tales from the crypt; a few pages from my grandmas astrology archive. when she would cast charts by hand and wrote hundreds of pages of catalogued information that seems the skeleton of a book. her script is beautiful and sometimes so faint i can't read it, something about the typewriter just stays with you, the typos, how you can tell sometimes her thoughts moved so fast she was just typing to get it all out. amazing to be teaching even in death. amazing to be able to share and continue this work.

health food store haul!! fermented foods! making your own sprouts! adaptogens! plant based protien! food is medicine... eat to live!! i've been eating a whole foods plant focused diet for over 13 years. i'm trying to figure out ways of relating what i've learned in that time about the expansive and supportive world of living foods in your diet and this is but an attempt at that. probably a bit slow moving for most people's instagram attention span but we'll call it asmr or something.. we're learning together! iechyd da!
